Featuring Masala Chai
Ingredients
Water, 1/2 cup
Chai patti, 1.5 tbsp
Sugar as required
Milk, 2 cup
Shaman's Chai masala,
1 tsp
Lemon grass, green part, chopped, 1 tbsp
Ginger, chopped, 1 tbsp
Method
Boil water in a pot. Add chai patti to it. Allow it to impart the color to the boiling water. Pour milk into it and add sugar as required.
Add lemongrass and ginger to it.
Add chai masala to it.
Bring it to a rolling boil.
Now turn off the flame and strain it well.
Serve it hot with rusk or a snack of your choice.
