Featuring Masala Chai

Ingredients

  • Water, 1/2 cup
  • Chai patti, 1.5 tbsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Milk, 2 cup
  • Shaman's Chai masala, 1 tsp
  • Lemon grass, green part, chopped, 1 tbsp
  • Ginger, chopped, 1 tbsp

Method

  • Boil water in a pot. Add chai patti to it. Allow it to impart the color to the boiling water. Pour milk into it and add sugar as required.
  • Add lemongrass and ginger to it.
  • Add chai masala to it.
  • Bring it to a rolling boil.
  • Now turn off the flame and strain it well.
  • Serve it hot with rusk or a snack of your choice.
