Featuring Paneer Lababdar
Ingredients
- Butter, 2 tbsp
- Onion, finely chopped, 2 tbsp
- Tomato, finely chopped, 3 to 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds,1⁄2 tsp
- Bay leaf, 1 no
- Green cardamom, 2 to 3 no
- Onion paste, 1⁄4 cup
- Tomato puree, 1 cup
- Cashew nut paste, 2 to 3 tbsp
- Cream, 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder, 1 tsp
- Cumin powder, 1⁄2 tsp
- Shaman's paneer masala, 1.5 tbsp
- Kasuri methi powder, 1 tsp
- Paneer, cut into cubes, 200 gm
- Water as required
Method 
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add whole spices to it. Add cumin seeds to it.
- Add chopped onion and tomatoes to it. Add ginger garlic paste to it.
- Add onion paste to it. Add all powdered spices to it. Add salt to it. Cook until oil oozes out.
- Add tomato puree to it. Add cashew paste to it. Add water to adjust to its consistency. Add cubed paneer to it. Cook for further 5 to 6 minutes.
- Finish it with cream and kasuri methi powder.
- Serve it hot with Indian flatbread of your choice
