Mix vegetables for pressure cooking (1. carrot, chopped, 1/4 cup, 2. potato, cut into cubes, 1.5 cup, 3. Cauliflower florets, 1.5 cup 4. Peas, 1/4 cup, 5. Cabbage, chopped, 1 cup 6. French beans, chopped, 4 cup)
ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tbsp
Onion, finely chopped, 1 cup
Tomato, finely chopped, 1.5 cup
Capsicum, finely chopped, 1⁄2 cup
Kashmiri Red chili powder, 2 tbsp
Coriander cumin powder, 1 tbsp
Lemon juice, 1 tsp
Butter, 2.5 tbsp
Cumin seeds, 1 tsp
Shaman's pav bhaji masala, 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander, finely chopped, 2 tbsp
Method
Add All The Vegetables Into The Pressure Cooker As Mentioned Above. Pour The Requisite Amount Of Water Into It. Pressure Cook It Till 3 Whistles.
Once The Pressure Gets Released, Mash It With The Help Of A Potato Masher.
Heat Butter In A Pan.
Add Cumin Seeds To It. Let Them Splutter.
Add Chopped Onion To It. Add Ginger Garlic Paste To It. Add Chopped Tomato And Capsicum To It. Add All Powdered Spices To It Along With Salt And Pav Bhaji Masala.
Add Lemon Juice To It. Now Add Boiled And Mashed Bhaji To It.
Cook It For 7 To 8 Minutes Until Desired Consistency Is Achieved. Add Water Intermittently Or As Per The Need To Bring Appropriate Consistency.
Garnish It With Chopped Coriander.
Serve It Hot With Pillowy Ladi Pav And Chopped Onion.
