- Water, 1/2 cup
- Chai patti, 1.5 tbsp
- Sugar as required
- Milk, 2 cup
- Shaman's Chai masala, 1 tsp
- Lemon grass, green part, chopped, 1 tbsp
- Ginger, chopped, 1 tbsp
- Boil water in a pot. Add chai patti to it. Allow it to impart the color to the boiling water. Pour milk into it and add sugar as required.
- Add lemongrass and ginger to it.
- Add chai masala to it.
- Bring it to a rolling boil.
- Now turn off the flame and strain it well.
- Serve it hot with rusk or a snack of your choice.
