Featuring Shammi Kebab

Ingredients

  • minced mutton, 1.5 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tbsp
  • Chopped onion, 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Green chili, chopped, 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder, 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder, 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander, 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Egg, 1 no
  • Besan, roasted, 2 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi powder, 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp
  • Shaman's meat masala,1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves, chopped, 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts, powdered, 2 tbsp
  • Ghee for frying

Method

  • Take A Mixing Bowl. Add Minced Mutton To It. Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Green Chili To It And Now Add The Rest Of The Ingredients To The Mixture. Make Pliable Dough Like A Mixture For Kebabs.
  • Take A Lemon Sized Ball From The Mixture And Flatten It Properly On Your Hands And Give It The Shape Of Kebab.
  • Now Prepare Kebabs Likewise And Shallow Fry Them Using Ghee Till Golden Brown On Both The Sides.
  • Serve It With Mint Chutney And Kachumber Salad.
